<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will be responsible for the leading the day-to-day management of our CAD system and its integration with our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You will work directly with the engineering end users, our software providers, and our internal IT Systems team. You will be the lead subject matter expert and success owner for the technical communication with external software vendors and integrators, and you will be responsible for the success of implementing upgrades, customizations, and addressing any issues with the implementation. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Drive and contribute to improvements in PLM processes and the resulting changes in NX and supported CAD systems, including vendor selection, integrations, and system architecture </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with users to develop/update tool customizations to improve system efficiency and product development timelines</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead the development and maintenance of common parts and features</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Create and manage templates and best practices to maintain consistency and high quality across all of the design teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide a robust CAD operating environment through promptly responding to user requests for support</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Administer and support user access, permissions, and licensing to provide secure access to NX and supported CAD systems </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead day-to-day server and database performance monitoring while working with IT team for long term growth planning</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">5+ years of experience supporting CAD/PLM for a hardware engineering team</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with implementation of CAD integration on Siemens NX and Teamcenter PLM</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with developing tools, automations, and custom configurations in NX and Teamcenter</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with creating and maintaining templates, libraries, and user best practices</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawing creation, and drafting processes</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field with experience in developing, documenting, and training to CAD standards, including formal drafting standards and modeling standards.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with Altium products, ECAD/MCAD collaboration, and associated integrations</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with the drafting, the practical application of GD&T, and hardware inspections</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 + equity in the company</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
