We also foster a culture built on high performance, collaboration, continuous improvement, and ongoing professional development.</span></p></div><p><strong>Summary:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Provide coaching to engineers on data requirements and best design practices through one-on-one training/support and the delivery of training workshops; for systems including CATIA, ENOVIA, and 3DExperience.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide coaching to engineers on data reqs &amp; best design practices.</li> <li>Provide 1-on-1 training/support &amp; delivery of training workshops for tasks relating to CATIA, ENOVIA &amp; 3DExperience.</li> <li>Provide admin data mgmt support.</li> <li>Support project milestone workshops, where data reqs &amp; assoc deadlines are shared w/all team members.</li> <li>Recommend best design practices to meet data reqs.</li> <li>Assist w/devt of best design practices. Doc best design practices.</li> <li>Track &amp; report coaching activities.</li> <li>Travel to client sites.</li> <li>Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout U.S.-5% domestic travel.</li> <li>Telecommuting option – employee must live in OH</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s in Engineering; 5 yrs exp in designing &amp; managing data in PLM systems for various mechanical components; 5 yrs exp using CATIA V5 and V6; 2 yrs exp w/ENOVIA, 3DExperience &amp; PLM concepts; &amp; 1 yr exp coaching/training exp along w/design exp on plastics &amp; sheet metal</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="p1">Goken is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and engaging workplace across all global locations.
