Along with leading and growing the team, you define and promote the</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> team’s ways of working, hiring, and training strategies. </span></p>
<p><strong>Meet the job</strong></p>
<p>Strong background in SDLC Release Management in an agile environment, building procedures and artifacts that are necessary for its development. </p>
<p>Be able to manage the release management cycle, from strategic planning, conceptualization, scheduling, rigorous testing, seamless deployment and the effective control of a software release.</p>
<p>The primary objective is to facilitate the quick delivery of essential applications features and enhancements to the customer by multidisciplinary development teams in a complex environment while simultaneously upholding the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the production environment.<br><br></p>
<p><strong>How about you</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering;</li>
<li>6+ years of engineering experience;</li>
<li>Experience identifying and resolving risks;</li>
<li>Experience leading application support teams.</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Effective in managing responsibilities in high-stress situations</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Given the 24/7 nature of the Bank industry and our client base across North America, this role requires the flexibility to support operations outside standard 9–5 business hours</li>
<li>Experience in Development and Test;</li>
<li>Experience planning next iterations;</li>
<li>Verification and validation of changes</li>
<li>Post-release sanity check and production stabilization </li>
<li>Coordinate with the support team to ensure a smooth handover</li>
<li>Identify and implement Release Management Improvements such as reduce manual intervention</li>
<li>Ensure the definition and alignment of the release management Roadmap with product teams</li>
<li>Experience as people manager of a software development cross-discipline team of at least 10 members</li>
<li>Be able to manage ambiguity</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Strong Spanish and English communication skills</li>
<li>Preferable ITIL v4</li>
</ul>
<p>You are expected to have a good understanding of the below technical stack:</p>
<ul>
<li>J2EE;</li>
<li>Spring framework;</li>
<li>Microservices;</li>
<li>Cloud Native app development;</li>
<li>DevOps;</li>
<li>Security Testing.</li>
