The Role:    We are seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Engineering Manager to lead our team of skilled engineers in the development and delivery of Nitro's Sign product, API and integrations.    The ideal candidate will have a relentless focus on delivering an exceptional user experience, have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and experience in managing teams operating under Agile and Scrum frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in driving team performance, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.      Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li
