an Engineering Manager to lead teams building and deploying AI-powered, production-grade software systems directly into customer environments.  In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical leadership and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for guiding engineers through ambiguous problem spaces, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining strong alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.  This position is ideal for leaders who enjoy being hands-on when needed, working closely with clients, mentoring engineers, and owning the successful data-aria-level="1">Stay current with emerging AI and software technologies and apply them pragmatically to client solutions </li> </ul>  What We’re Looking For  Required Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience  </li> <li>1-3 years of experience leading or managing technical teams </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to set technical direction for client-facing initiatives, balancing delivery commitments, stakeholder expectations, and technical quality </li> <li>Proven ability to lead client projects, build strong relationships, and deliver on-time results aligned with client goals.  </li> <li>Experience designing, building and maintaining production-grade systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) </li> <li>Expertise in software engineering best practices, system design, and agile delivery methodologies </li> <li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD processes </li> <li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills </li> </ul>  Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li data-leveltext=""
