<p data-start="1142" data-end="1638">The <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">Facilities</em> Engineering Manager for AMP2 will lead the engineering functions across <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">Mechanical</em>, <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">Electrical</em>, Plumbing (MEP), Civil, and Controls disciplines. This role is responsible for planning and tracking CAPEX, governing engineering standards, supporting infrastructure projects, and ensuring <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> readiness for production and expansion activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a proactive approach to compliance and documentation.</p>

<h3 data-start="1645" data-end="1660">You Will:</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="1663" data-end="1752">Develop, manage, and monitor annual CAPEX budgets for <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> upgrades and expansions.</li>
<li data-start="1755" data-end="1877">Lead MEP, Civil, and Controls engineering teams to ensure robust <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">design</em>, execution, and maintenance of <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> systems.</li>
<li data-start="1880" data-end="1982">Establish and enforce engineering standards for MEP and Controls across production and office zones.</li>
<li data-start="1985" data-end="2117">Provide technical support for infrastructure projects, including <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">design</em> reviews, feasibility assessments, and execution oversight.</li>
<li data-start="2120" data-end="2214">Support infrastructure development for new projects, expansions, and <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> modifications.</li>
<li data-start="2217" data-end="2329">Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance for all <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> upgrades.</li>
<li data-start="2332" data-end="2440">Review and update as-built drawings, asset tagging, and system documentation to maintain accurate records.</li>
<li data-start="2443" data-end="2547">Resolve system punch lists with contractors and ensure proper registration and tracking of warranties.</li>
<li data-start="2550" data-end="2666">Monitor and optimize utility demand including CUP, <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">HVAC</em>, and <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">electrical systems</em> for efficiency and sustainability.</li>
<li data-start="2669" data-end="2783">Support launch-related activities by ensuring <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facility</em> readiness and realignment of workshops and support zones.</li>
</ul>

<h3 data-start="2790" data-end="2806">You Bring:</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="2809" data-end="2913">Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Equipment Engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience.</li>
<li data-start="2916" data-end="3007">8+ years of experience in <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">facilities</em> engineering or industrial infrastructure management.</li>
<li data-start="3010" data-end="3096">Proven experience in managing CAPEX and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.</li>
<li data-start="3099" data-end="3179">Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, controls, and industrial utilities.</li>
<li data-start="3182" data-end="3248">Familiarity with permitting processes and <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">regulatory compliance</em>.</li>
<li data-start="3251" data-end="3311">Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and asset management systems.</li>
<li data-start="3314" data-end="3370">Excellent project management and documentation skills.</li>
<li data-start="3373" data-end="3463">Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues and contractor punch lists.</li>
<li data-start="3466" data-end="3538">Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.</li>
<li data-start="3541" data-end="3632">Ability to drive <em class="Highlight ht3a27372d-540c-4f48-9bc7-0c41e0b7a7a5">energy efficiency</em>, utility optimization, and sustainability initiatives.</li>
