Engineering Manager - Golang [Colombia Origination Delivery]

<p>We are looking for an<strong> Engineering Manager </strong>for our<strong> Colombia Origination Delivery team</strong> — a key initiative focused on scaling our product platform in Colombia by building on top of the proven solutions already established in Mexico.</p> <p>Your mission is to ensure strong and sustainable engineering delivery in Colombia: extending and adapting the existing platform, maintaining high development velocity, and building a high-performing local team aligned with global standards.<br><br></p> <p>This is a hands-on leadership role, where you combine people management with technical involvement.
