Engineering Manager - Golang [PyMe Origination Core]

<p>Plata Card is hiring an <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> for our high-impact PyMe team, focusing on our B2B products.<br><strong>PyME Origination Core</strong> owns the end-to-end customer attraction and <strong>onboarding path for the B2B segment</strong> — from the first lead captured by a partner or a field sales agent, through onboarding for individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, to the first invited additional user on a business account.</p> <p>The team is responsible for converting demand into verified, transacting customers across both organic and indirect channels.</p> <p>Onboarding domain — PFAE and PM onboarding flows, including X-sell paths into additional banking products, plus the invitation flow for adding extra users to an existing business account.
