<ul>
<li>Design, build, and scale <strong>high-performance, low-latency systems</strong> powering ad serving, bidding, and monetization;</li>
<li>Own features end-to-end: from product requirements to architecture, implementation, and production rollout;</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with <strong>product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders</strong> to deliver impactful solutions;</li>
<li>Work on <strong>real-time data pipelines</strong>, decision engines, and optimization algorithms;</li>
<li>Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance under high load (millions of requests per second);</li>
<li>Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy;</li>
<li>Mentor engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and observability;</li>
<li>Continuously experiment and iterate to improve monetization outcomes and platform efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in <strong>backend or full-stack engineering</strong>, ideally in high-scale environments;</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., <strong>Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, or C++</strong>);</li>
<li>Solid understanding of:</li>
<ul>
<li>Distributed systems and microservices architecture;</li>
<li>High-load, low-latency system design;</li>
<li>Data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization;</li>
</ul>
<li>Experience working with <strong>real-time systems, streaming, or event-driven architectures;</strong></li>
<li>Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing systems;</li>
<li>Product mindset: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;</li>
<li>Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Nice to Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in <strong>AdTech, programmatic advertising, RTB, or bidding systems;</strong></li>
<li>Exposure to large-scale data processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark, etc.);</li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);</li>
<li>Understanding of experimentation frameworks (A/B testing);</li>
<li>Experience working with ML-driven optimization systems.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Relocation & Work Setup:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relocation support to <strong>Barcelona, Spain</strong> or <strong>Parkland, Florida, USA</strong> depending on candidate location;</li>
<li>Hybrid or office-based work environment;</li>
<li>Work with a distributed, international engineering team.</li>
