<p> </p></div><p><span data-contrast="auto">We’re looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to join the Cato team. In this critical role, you will lead an excellent team of experienced engineers and solve architectural and engineering challenges. You will be building highly scalable solutions, providing infrastructure and value to a new asset management product.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead and develop a new SaaS product from scratch to production, and participate in defining the specifications, architecture, and other tech-related areas of the project.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build an excellent team – through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">End to End development from the processing of</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">large-scale</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">data to web interfaces</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Working closely with multiple stack holders - product management, research, SOC and NOC services, and automation teams</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Designing and Implementing enterprise platform solutions</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Researching new technologies and adapting them for use within the company’s product</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborating with multiple development teams.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Requirements:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">2+ years of experience as a Team Lead with proven abilities in leading SaaS products to production. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">7+ years of backend development. We’re using</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">Java, Go, Play framework, Spring boot, GQL, etc. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience - MUST </span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in chromium and video streaming technologies – MUST </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiar with AWS technologies</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in building and operating SaaS microservices with high scale and load in production </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience testing services in continuous integration methodology</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">BSc. degree in Computer Science from a known university or similar </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Well organized, execution capabilities, motivated, a fast learner, independent, and great at problem-solving.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
