We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our client’s team and provide top-notch customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly, efficiently and with care.

What you’ll do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone & email.
- Provide accurate information about services & policies.
- Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Keep records of customer interactions in the system.
- Act as an ambassador for our client’s brand by ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a service-related role is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work on-site.
