If you’re nodding “yes,” then this role might be perfect for you! 🤩</p> <p>We’re looking for <strong>part-time </strong>(20 hrs/week) <strong>Support Associates</strong> who can communicate fluently in <strong>Georgian and English</strong>, both in writing and speaking.<br>You’ll join our Support team in Tbilisi (<strong>Office location: Anna Politkovskaya St.</strong>) and as part of our Shared Service Center, you’ll be supporting several Wolt countries and making a real impact every day.</p> <h2><strong>💙 What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone</li> <li>Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations</li> <li>Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service</li> </ul> <h2><strong>🌟 What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <p>You <strong>don’t need previous customer service experience</strong> -&nbsp; we’ll train you!
