- Ramp to $1.2M annual quota
- Build and manage a pipeline of $50K-$1M+ deals
- Generate 40-50% of pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Average sales cycle: 90-120 days for mid-market, 6-9 months for enterprise
- Master consultative selling into technical buyers and economic decision-makers
- 3+ years quota carrying (and beating) in B2B SaaS or infrastructure/energy development ($50K+ ACV deals)
- Hunter mentality: you self-source 40-50% of your pipeline and love outbound
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently
- Full-cycle enterprise deal ownership: you run discovery, demo, negotiate, and close
- Sold into power developers, renewable developers, data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, or energy/infrastructure products to CRE firms
- Understand infrastructure development workflows or learn them obsessively
- Deep discovery skills: you map product value to specific customer pains
- AI-native: you use AI daily and bring automation ideas to the sales process
- Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Organized, intentional, urgent: you see both forest and trees
- Performance athlete mindset: you seek coaching and invest in mastering the craft
- Bonus Points: Familiar with Hubspot for CRM
- OTE $220-240k
