  • Ramp to $1.2M annual quota
  • Build and manage a pipeline of $50K-$1M+ deals
  • Generate 40-50% of pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Average sales cycle: 90-120 days for mid-market, 6-9 months for enterprise
  • Master consultative selling into technical buyers and economic decision-makers
  • 3+ years quota carrying (and beating) in B2B SaaS or infrastructure/energy development ($50K+ ACV deals)
  • Hunter mentality: you self-source 40-50% of your pipeline and love outbound
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently
  • Full-cycle enterprise deal ownership: you run discovery, demo, negotiate, and close
  • Sold into power developers, renewable developers, data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, or energy/infrastructure products to CRE firms
  • Understand infrastructure development workflows or learn them obsessively
  • Deep discovery skills: you map product value to specific customer pains
  • AI-native: you use AI daily and bring automation ideas to the sales process
  • Disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Organized, intentional, urgent: you see both forest and trees
  • Performance athlete mindset: you seek coaching and invest in mastering the craft
  • Bonus Points: Familiar with Hubspot for CRM
  • OTE $220-240k
