<p data-path-to-node="4">We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive and business development professional with a proven history of managing enterprise commercial relationships. This position will own a diverse book of business comprising major commercial accounts, with a mandate to drive product adoption, account renewals, and revenue expansion within the Japan territory.</p>
<h2 data-path-to-node="6">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>

<p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Account Planning:</strong> Develop a deep understanding of client mission sets, map account whitespace, and develop strategic account plans to grow revenue through upsell and cross-sale activities.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Pipeline & Forecast Management:</strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your territory and provide reliable forecast information to upper management.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Customer Advocacy:</strong> Drive referral sales and customer references to support net-new sales activities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Market Intelligence:</strong> Stay abreast of competitive intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Ad-hoc Duties:</strong> Perform other related duties as assigned.</p>

<h2 data-path-to-node="9">SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</h2>
<h3 data-path-to-node="10">Required:</h3>

<p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Fluency in Japanese:</strong> Must be a native or fluent Japanese speaker with superior business-level written and verbal communication skills.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">8+ years</strong> in field sales or account management with enterprise risk, compliance, or supply chain mapping vendors.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="11,2,0">A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue expectations in enterprise sales.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="11,3,0">Ability to travel up to <strong data-path-to-node="11,3,0" data-index-in-node="24">25%</strong> </p>
</li>
<li>
<p data-path-to-node="11,4,0">Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.</p>
