<p><strong>The Role:</strong> <strong>Enterprise sales Director - France</strong></p>
<p>Anchanto is looking to hire an experienced <strong>Enterprise Sales Director</strong> to drive new customer acquisition in France. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions in the eCommerce and logistics space, with a strong focus on enterprise customers.</p>
<p>Target Customers: Global retail brands (DTC / omnichannel), large eCommerce merchants, eCommerce distributors, and 3PL or logistics operators with fulfilment and digital commerce activities. All target customers are France-based and operate at enterprise scale with possible cross-border activities.</p>
<p>Target deal size: Enterprise customers with ARR typically above €100k.</p>
<p>Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer EMEA, your primary objective is to drive substantial revenue growth through new customer acquisition (new logos), by building consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders (Retail, Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, IT).</p>
<p>This role does not include account management or farming responsibilities.</p>
<p>As a quota holding role, there will be an annual target, and an incentive plan linked. </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<p><strong>#1 Sales & New Business Expansion </strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers in France</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract signature</li>
<li>Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned with revenue targets</li>
<li>Achieve year-over-year topline growth by meeting sales targets</li>
<li>Build relationships with partners and relevant industry associations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>#2 Solution Selling</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sell Anchanto’s SaaS platforms addressing eCommerce and Logistics needs</li>
<li>Understand customer business models, operational challenges, and growth objectives</li>
<li>Position Anchanto’s solutions based on business value, not features</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>#3 Stakeholder Management & Collaboration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Engage with senior stakeholders on the customer side (Head of eCommerce, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Digital and relevant CxO)</li>
<li>Coordinate internally with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to support complex deals, prioritize and fulfil customer requirements, ensuring timely revenue delivery.</li>
<li>Provide the EMEA CRO with reports on key performance metrics, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>8-12 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS products in the eCommerce, Retail and Logistics sector</li>
<li>Strong track record in new customer acquisition and ability to close enterprise deals with brands, large merchants, or logistics operators</li>
<li>Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Proven experience selling solutions related to eCommerce platforms, logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, OMS, WMS, TMS, or shipping technologies. Strong understanding of eCommerce and eCommerce supply chain concepts.</li>
<li>Existing network in the French eCommerce and/or Logistics ecosystem</li>
<li>Fluent in French and English (reading, writing, speaking),</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and value-based selling mindset</li>
<li>Must have the legal right to work in France</li>
<li>This role is open to candidates currently based in France.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Job is based in Paris / hybrid mode (work from the office 3 days / week).</li>
</ul>
