<div>The Enterprise Sales Manager at Anchanto will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients. This role requires a strategic and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close high-value deals in the eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain industries.</div>
<div>The Enterprise Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.</div>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div>
<div><strong>1. Business Development & Revenue Growth</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level customers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li>
<li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Anchanto’s market share in the region.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>2. Solution Selling & Client Consultation</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business needs.</li>
<li>Present tailored Anchanto solutions to meet client requirements.</li>
<li>Work closely with pre-sales and product teams to customize solutions and demonstrate ROI.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>3. Pipeline & Sales Process Management</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and reporting.</li>
<li>Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures using CRM tools.</li>
<li>Drive high-quality lead conversion through structured outreach strategies.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>4. Market Expansion & Industry Positioning</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Identify new market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop partnerships with industry players and key ecosystem stakeholders.</li>
<li>Represent Anchanto in events, conferences, and networking sessions.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Customer Success</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Align closely with the Solution, Implementation and Key Account team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term engagement.</li>
<li>Work with marketing, demand generation teams to optimize lead flow and campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements based on customer insights.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Background in SaaS, logistics technology, eCommerce fulfillment, or supply chain solutions.</li>
<li>Understanding of multi-channel retail, last-mile delivery, and warehouse automation.</li>
<li>Experience in complex B2B sales involving integration and customization.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics.</li>
<li>Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value deal closures.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, logistics technology, and supply chain management.</li>
<li>Experience selling to C-level executives, procurement, and IT decision-makers.</li>
<li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent).</li>
<li>Experience in account-based selling, consultative sales, and solution-based sales methodologies.</li>
