This role is responsible for shaping how programs are prioritized, governed, and delivered so that investments consistently advance enterprise objectives. expectations.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>YOUR EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field</li> <li>7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio oversight, or enterprise-level planning</li> <li>Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM or comparable platforms)</li> <li>Experience influencing senior executives and guiding strategic decision-making</li> <li>Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with proven stakeholder engagement success</li> <li>A track record of improving processes and driving organizational change</li> <li>Previous experience as a consultant is highly desirable!</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">WHAT SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="2904" data-end="2992"> <p data-start="2906" data-end="2992">Consistent adoption of an enterprise prioritization approach across the organization</p> </li> <li data-start="2993" data-end="3055"> <p data-start="2995" data-end="3055">Clearer, faster, and more transparent investment decisions</p> </li> <li data-start="3056" data-end="3139"> <p data-start="3058" data-end="3139">Demonstrated improvement in program outcomes and alignment with strategic goals</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:278}">&nbsp;</span><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:</strong></p> <p>The annual salary range for this role is $140,000-$180,000.</p> <p><strong>LOCATION:</strong></p> <p>This role requires on-site presence at our client's location in Issaquah, WA.&nbsp;
