Enterprise System Administrator (Salesforce Admin)

You’ll lead system administration, configuration, integrations, and platform strategy while partnering with Technology, Data, Security, and business teams to ensure reliable, scalable systems.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer and optimize CRM and enterprise applications.</li> <li>Manage roles, permissions, security settings, workflows, and automation.</li> <li>Configure and customize platforms using declarative tools and development where needed.</li> <li>Oversee releases, upgrades, and adoption of new features.</li> <li>Maintain data quality and governance standards.</li> <li>Partner with business units to improve processes and system usage.</li> <li>Support and develop API integrations and data flows.</li> <li>Build reports, dashboards, automation, and proof‑of‑concept solutions.</li> <li>Evaluate platform capabilities, including AI tools like Salesforce Einstein.</li> <li>Document system architecture and provide advanced user support and training.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.</li> <li><strong>5+ years</strong> administering enterprise applications (CRM/ERP).</li> <li>Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.</li> <li>Experience with API integrations and data synchronization.</li> <li>Strong understanding of security, governance, and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce development (Apex, Flow, LWC) and Salesforce certifications.</li> <li>Experience in insurance, financial services, or agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic).</li> <li>Experience with platform AI tools and low‑code/custom-built applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <p>Technical expertise, business acumen, strategic thinking, strong communication, and adaptability across platforms.</p> </div> </div> </div> <div class="content user-select-text"> <div class="ac-container ac-adaptiveCard has-image"> <div class="ac-textBlock"> <p><strong>About Cottingham &amp; Butler:</strong></p> At Cottingham &amp; Butler, we sell a promise to help our clients through life’s toughest moments.
