The Bridge Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural engineering analyses, designing engineering solutions, and managing project engineering for transportation-related structural projects within both the public agency and private markets. These responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Serving in a lead or support technical role, depending on project complexity.</li> <li>Preparation of engineering calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and, at times, task or project management.</li> <li>Day-to-day structural engineering design decisions on bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects, including production and scheduling.</li> <li>Working in a team environment, both internally and externally.</li> <li>Active involvement in client interaction at the project level.</li> <li>Leverage engineering design software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation</li> <li>Write and complete technical reports and project correspondences. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 95, 190);"><strong><em>“As employee-owners, we don’t just work here, we grow here.
