The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for project teams, contractors, and client representatives, helping ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-family: impact, sans-serif; font-size: 24pt; color: rgb(17, 32, 61);"><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></span></h1> <ul data-pattern="discCircleSquare" data-depth="1"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Provide daily safety leadership and oversight for ongoing construction activities within an active industrial facility.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Monitor field operations to verify compliance with project safety requirements, environmental controls, permits, and regulatory obligations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Perform site inspections, safety evaluations, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Review work plans, activity hazard analyses, permits, and task-specific safety documentation prior to construction activities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Work closely with contractors, supervisors, and project stakeholders to reinforce safe work practices and maintain compliance expectations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Lead incident investigations, near-miss reviews, and corrective action implementation efforts.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Facilitate safety meetings, new worker orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized training sessions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Track safety metrics and prepare reports documenting inspections, observations, incidents, and corrective measures.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Support emergency preparedness planning and participate in drills and response exercises.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Promote continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety awareness, accountability, and workforce engagement.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Serve as a visible safety leader in the field, helping foster a culture where safety remains a core project value.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-family: impact, sans-serif; font-size: 24pt; color: rgb(17, 32, 61);"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h1> <ul data-pattern="discCircleSquare" data-depth="1"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health &amp; Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Minimum of 5 years of environmental health and safety experience supporting construction projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and hazard mitigation techniques.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Experience supporting infrastructure, utility, industrial, water, wastewater, or heavy civil construction projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Familiarity with high-risk activities such as confined space entry, excavation, mechanical construction, energized systems, and heavy equipment operations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">OSHA 30 certification required.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed documentation and compliance records.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Ability to work full-time on-site within an active construction and operational environment.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Experience working on projects involving treatment facilities, utility infrastructure, process systems, or industrial operations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Professional certifications such as CSP, CHST, CIH, ASP, or equivalent are beneficial.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71); font-size: 12pt;"><em>Join us as we redefine excellence in engineering and construction management, shaping tomorrow's infrastructure landscape with innovation and precision.
