The Role   We are seeking an experienced, EHS Specialist to lead the stand-up and ongoing operation of our new ~80,000 sq. ft. flagship manufacturing facility in Cypress, CA. This site will become the primary production hub for the company.   This role is responsible for owning all aspects of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). Reporting to the Head of Production, you will serve as the single-threaded owner for safety programs, conduct safety trainings, investigate accidents and hazards and recommend corrective actions to eliminate or reduce potential risks. You will also provide liaison support to our Redondo Beach site as needed.   This role requires a highly independent operator who can build, scale, and maintain systems in a fast-paced, high-growth
