<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What you'll be doing</h3>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Making a high volume of outbound customer engagements.</li>
<li>Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries.</li>
<li>Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers.</li>
<li>Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results.</li>
<li>Exceeding key activity and performance metrics.</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">What you'll need to succeed</h3>

<li>Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.</li>
<li>Professional with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in changing environments and adapt to ambiguity.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone-based customer service or sales roles is advantageous.</li>
<li>Passionate about supporting small businesses and a strong desire to learn and develop your career in sales.</li>
