Our success is built on strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.</p> <p>We are seeking experienced ERP consultants to join our growing team and support our increasing customer base.</p> <p><br><strong>Role and Responsabilities</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients’ projects. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzing clients’ business needs and objectives to recommend tailored ERP solutions.</li> <li>Configuring, testing, and deploying the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements.</li> <li>Providing user training and change management support to facilitate adoption.</li> <li>Drafting functional specifications for custom enhancements, integrations, and reports.</li> <li>Managing and tracking project progress, including resource planning, prioritization, and deadlines.</li> <li>Troubleshooting and providing technical and functional support to clients.</li> <li>Assisting with data migration and integration with existing systems.</li> <li>Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementations.</li> <li>Maintaining Epicor certification and continuously developing your skills.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in Epicor ERP implementation or working within an Epicor ERP environment as a SME/super user.</li> <li>Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic: 2 years or more.</li> <li>Previous knowledge of Epicor 10 is considered an asset.</li> <li>Epicor certification is considered an asset.</li> <li>Strong communication and client relationship management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.</li> <li>Availability for regular travel to client sites in addition to remote work.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fully remote position in Canada or USA (no relocation required).</li> <li>Competitive salary, based on experience.</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, disability, and life insurance.</li> <li>Opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.</li> <li>Join TeccWeb and be part of a team of experts working on exciting projects!</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
