Our success is built on strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Epicor Kinetic Financial Implementation Specialist</strong>&nbsp;to lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of our Epicor Kinetic (ERP) financial modules, with a critical focus on the&nbsp;<strong>Cost Accounting</strong>&nbsp;<strong>and Avalara tax integration (Epicor Tax Connect)</strong>. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, corporate accounting knowledge, US/international tax compliance, and hands-on experience in&nbsp;<strong>implementing</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Epicor for manufacturing companies</strong>&nbsp;and integrating&nbsp;<strong>Avalara solutions (e.g., AvaTax, Exemption Certificate Management)</strong>&nbsp;within an ERP system. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and seamless global tax compliance.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><br><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">As a Senior Epicor ERP Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients’ projects. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Epicor Kinetic Implementation: Lead or actively participate in all phases of the Epicor Kinetic Financial Management implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Avalara Integration &amp; Tax Compliance:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Avalara module integration within Epicor Kinetic (Epicor Tax Connect).</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Configure and test complex tax scenarios, including Sales &amp; Use Tax, VAT, GST, and related compliance rules within Avalara/Epicor.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Ensure accurate tax code mapping, address validation, and nexus tracking.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Manage the setup and process for Exemption Certificate Management (ECM) to maintain audit readiness.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Collaborate with the finance team to automate tax reporting and filing processes (e.g., Avalara Returns).</li> </ul> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Financial Module Expertise: Configure and manage core financial modules, including:</li> <ul type="circle"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">General Ledger (GL) and Chart of Accounts design/mapping.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Cost Accounting, including standard costing, job costing, WIP tracking, inventory valuation, and variance analysis within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Fixed Assets (FA) and Multi-Company/Inter-company transactions.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Financial Reporting (e.g., Financial Report Designer) and Consolidations.</li> </ul> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Process Optimization: Analyze current financial business processes, identify gaps, and design future-state processes leveraging Epicor Kinetic best practices and features.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training for end-users and key stakeholders in the Finance and Accounting departments.</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><br><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><u>Technical &amp; ERP Expertise</u></strong></li> <ul type="circle"> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epicor Kinetic (or Epicor 9, 10+) Financial Management modules.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong expertise in&nbsp;<strong>Cost Accounting</strong>, including standard costing, job costing, WIP, inventory valuation, and variance analysis within manufacturing environments.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience supporting&nbsp;<strong>multi-company and multi-entity environments</strong>, including intercompany transactions, consolidations, and multi-site manufacturing operations.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Hands-on experience with the Avalara (AvaTax) integration/module within an ERP system, preferably Epicor is a plus</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Familiarity with other Epicor Financial tools like Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) is a plus.</li> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Strong understanding of ERP data structures and experience with data migration related to financial data.</li> </ul> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><u>Accounting &amp;
