As we continue to expand this area, we’re looking for an experienced Equity Options Trader to help drive performance and innovation.</p> <p><strong>Your Core Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run and develop equity options trading strategies across key APAC single stocks, using both your own insights and the broader team's research and tools.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with quant researchers, software engineers, and execution specialists to optimize pricing, hedging, and risk management.</li> <li>Make real-time trading decisions based on market dynamics, volatility, and flow.</li> <li>Contribute to the evolution of our equity options trading desk, from strategy refinement to new market expansion.</li> <li>Mentor junior traders and share your expertise to strengthen the team as a whole.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Skills and Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience managing an equity options book focused on the Hong Kong market at a trading firm, bank, or market maker</li> <li>Strong track record of profitability in directional or volatility-based strategies.</li> <li>Deep understanding of options Greeks, volatility surfaces, and market microstructure.</li> <li>Confident, fast decision-maker with a solid risk framework and entrepreneurial mindset.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Us</strong></p> <p>IMC is a global trading firm powered by a cutting-edge research environment and a world-class technology backbone.
