Overview 

The Electronic Systems Technician III Service (EST IIIS)
is responsible for the comprehensive implementation, programming, and maintenance of cutting-edge AV and smart technology solutions in both residential and commercial settings. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of complex technology ecosystems, encompassing sophisticated control systems, integrated whole-home audio/video networks, advanced security platforms, and meticulously engineered structured cabling infrastructures. The EST IIIS is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, consistently striving for excellence in system reliability and user satisfaction.

Core Job Responsibilities 

  • Strong communication and

  • Execute precise cable management for audio, video, data, security, and control equipment, including pulling, terminating, labeling, and testing.  
  • Expertly handle low voltage wiring tasks, including running, fishing, and termination. 
  • Proficiently install displays, mounts, speakers, cameras, and equipment using various methods such as in-wall, structure-mounted, and ceiling-mounted techniques, adhering to safety protocols.  
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in the configuration and programming of automation/control systems, security systems, and network infrastructure. 
  • Provide valuable assistance in the comprehensive system commissioning process, encompassing rigorous testing, and conducting training walk-through sessions with clients.

     
  • Execute sophisticated diagnostic analysis and resolution for complex issues across audiovisual systems, data network infrastructure, security platforms, and integrated control equipment. 
  • Demonstrate exceptional self-reliance and proactive problem-solving skills, utilizing available resources efficiently while applying critical thinking to develop innovative solutions, maximizing the potential of provided tools and equipment. 
  • Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, applying analytical troubleshooting methods and developing innovative solutions to overcome complex technical challenges encountered during project implementation. 
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and maintain collaborative relationships within the team.  
  • Excel in multitasking while consistently delivering high-quality work with professional integrity. 
  • Prioritize project objectives effectively, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
