Estimation Engineer - Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for various project phases
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial control
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to assess project specifications and requirements
• Evaluate and analyze subcontractor bids and proposals
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies as needed
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery
• Stay updated with industry standards and market trends to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in estimation engineering, with a focus on project management in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation techniques and project management principles
• Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
