It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review RFPs and work orders</li> <li>Perform site visits (if local)</li> <li>Perform Takeoffs</li> <li>Research plans and coordinate with local jurisdictions</li> <li>Attend meetings with HOA boards, property managers &amp; property owners</li> <li>Develop estimates in InEight</li> <li>Build scopes with assumptions/exclusions</li> <li>Manage proposal timelines</li> <li>Communicate with clients</li> <li>Coordinate handoff to PMs</li> <li>Track proposals</li> <li>Support change orders</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and interpret construction civil drawings.
