About the role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for the next Estonian Customer Service Representative to join their team in Greece!

As an Estonian Customer Service Representative you will:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
- Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat
- Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets
- Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams
Requirements
- Fluency in Esthonian (verbal and written)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar CS role is appreciated
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and prioritize work
- Computer literacy
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation
