ETF Trader

<p>Optiver is seeking an experienced ETF Trader to join our Trading team as we continue to expand our footprint. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative, fast-moving environment, with the opportunity to help shape coverage, strategy, and execution across a broad ETF universe.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong><br>• Quote, execute, and manage risk across ETFs, both on-screen and OTC.<br>• Identify and capture trading opportunities through market structure insights, relative value, and flow analysis.<br>• Work closely with quants, engineers, and other traders to improve pricing, models, and execution tools.</p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong><br>• 3+ years of experience trading ETFs, cash products, or closely related instruments.<br>• Strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including valuation, basket construction, and primary vs secondary market dynamics.<br>• Solid grasp of market structure and how ETFs interact with underlying markets.<br>• Experience with China markets is an advantage, but not a requirement.<br>• Comfortable working with data to inform trading decisions; experience with Python or similar languages is beneficial.<br>• Clear communicator who works well in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams.</p> <p><strong>What you'll get:</strong></p> <p>You’ll join a culture of collaboration and excellence, where you’ll be surrounded by curious thinkers and problem solvers.
