EV Production Operative

The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic driven individuals who will be working in our expanding and world leading EV department where we repair and re manufacture Electric Vehicle Battery Packs.

The role will consist of repairing batteries in our workshop or the logistics of moving the batteries and preparation of parts for the repair. Full training will be provided for the role.

You will be required to work a rotation of shifts:

Late Shift:  Monday to Wednesday 16:15 - 02:15, and Thursday 16:15 – 01:45.

Day Shift:  Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30, and Friday 08:00 – 13:30

Requirements

·         Repairing/Remanufacturing battery packs for a variety of customers

·         Preparation of Modules to repair battery packs in our REVIVE Workshop

·         Loading and unloading of lorries and ensuring they are stored correctly

·         Ensuring Batteries, Modules and parts are ready as per the production plan

·         Follow Processes set by engineers to a high standard

·         Follow Production Plan and Job Cards Set

·         Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards

·         Follow the company’s health & safety and quality guidelines

·         Ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to learn

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Flexible and adaptable to various tasks

·         Safety Conscious

·         Proactive and can take initiative to escalate issues

·         Have great attention to detail

·         Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
