Learn more about us at <a href="http://evercars.com">evercars.com</a>.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on electric vehicles</li> <li>Handle high-voltage systems safely and according to OEM procedures</li> <li>Conduct reconditioning work to prepare vehicles for retail sale</li> <li>Diagnose battery, charging, drivetrain, and software-related issues</li> <li>Complete pre-purchase and post-reconditioning quality checks</li> <li>Document all work accurately in Ever’s internal systems</li> <li>Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and inventory teams</li> <li>Ensure all vehicles meet Ever’s quality and safety standards</li> <li>Stay current on EV technology and manufacturer service updates</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–7+ years of automotive technician experience (EV experience strongly preferred)</li> <li>High-voltage safety training or willingness to obtain certification</li> <li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Comfortable using scan tools and OEM diagnostic software</li> <li>Ability to work independently with high ownership</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong quality standards</li> <li>Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li> <li>Passion for EVs and future mobility</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience servicing EVs (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, etc. preferred)</li> <li>Proficiency with diagnostic tools and scan software</li> <li>Understanding of high-voltage battery systems</li> <li>Familiarity with ADAS calibration and software updates a plus</li> <li>Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals</li> <li>ASE certifications a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + performance bonus</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Flexible / Unlimited PTO</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Ever and this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work hands-on with the newest EV models</li> <li>Join the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.</li> <li>Build rare, high-demand EV technical expertise</li> <li>Direct impact on vehicle quality and customer experience</li> <li>Opportunity to grow into Senior Technician or Technician Lead roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Disclaimers</strong></p> <p>Ever is an equal opportunity employer.
