<p>Role: EV Sales Consultant<br>Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite)<br>Employment Type: Full-Time<br>Compensation: $70,000–150,000 per year / Supplemental pay types may include bonus opportunities and/or commission pay.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide customers through the EV buying journey, both in-person and remotely</li>
<li>Respond to inbound leads and proactively follow up with prospects</li>
<li>Conduct test drives and product demonstrations</li>
<li>Educate customers on EV technology, incentives, charging, and ownership costs</li>
<li>Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach</li>
<li>Close deals and hit monthly volume and revenue targets</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management</li>
<li>Partner closely with BDC, Finance, and Delivery teams</li>
<li>Provide feedback to Product and Ops on customer needs and objections</li>
<li>Represent Ever’s brand and values on the showroom floor</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Fit</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1–5+ years of automotive or consultative sales experience</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Customer-first mindset with a relationship-driven approach</li>
<li>Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals</li>
<li>Comfortable selling both in-person and digitally</li>
<li>Coachable, motivated, and competitive</li>
<li>Organized with strong follow-up discipline</li>
<li>Passion for EVs and sustainable transportation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience using CRM tools (VinSolutions, eLead, etc.)</li>
<li>Comfort with digital retail platforms and e-signature tools</li>
<li>Ability to manage leads across multiple channels</li>
<li>Strong written communication (email & SMS)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of financing workflows a plus</li>
