Learn more about us at <a href="http://evercars.com">evercars.com</a>.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own reconditioning decisions for Ever’s EV inventory</li> <li>Triage inspection reports and determine repair scope, priority, and budget</li> <li>Coordinate work across internal technicians, third-party shops, dealers, and mobile vendors</li> <li>Source and manage external service partners to optimize cost, speed, and quality</li> <li>Approve estimates, negotiate pricing, and control reconditioning spend</li> <li>Track vehicle status through inspection, repair, QA, and ready-to-sell stages</li> <li>Ensure vehicles meet Ever’s quality, safety, and merchandising standards</li> <li>Resolve technical issues and unblock stalled vehicles</li> <li>Maintain accurate reconditioning records and documentation</li> <li>Identify process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost</li> <li>Provide feedback to Product &amp; Ops teams to improve tooling and workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–6+ years of experience in service advising, recon ops, or fleet maintenance</li> <li>Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and cost drivers</li> <li>Comfortable making fast, data-driven repair decisions</li> <li>Experience managing vendors, shops, or dealer service departments</li> <li>High ownership and strong operational mindset</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li> <li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments</li> <li>Passion for EVs and next-generation mobility</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with service DMS or recon management tools</li> <li>Ability to read inspection reports, estimates, and labor ops</li> <li>Familiarity with EV systems and common failure modes</li> <li>Strong Excel / Sheets skills</li> <li>Comfort using Slack, CRM, and ops dashboards</li> <li>Experience negotiating labor rates and parts pricing</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary + performance bonus</li> <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Flexible / Unlimited PTO</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Ever and this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Run reconditioning for the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.</li> <li>Make high-impact decisions that directly affect margins and velocity</li> <li>Work with cutting-edge EV technology</li> <li>Build elite operations and vendor management skills</li> <li>Direct ownership over inventory readiness</li> <li>Clear path to Operations Manager and other Ops Leadership roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Disclaimers</strong></p> <p>Ever is an equal opportunity employer.
