About the role

PRISM+ is hiring Part-Time Event Admin to help us to during the upcoming event at Aeon Tebrau Mall from 16 - 21 June 2026 (Tuesday - Sunday).

Event Dates: Tuesday - Sunday, 16 to 21 June 2026

Event Time: 10:00am - 10:00pm

Salary: RM100/day

Responsibilities

  • Input customer and event details into Airtable using the provided laptop.
  • Submit and update records promptly during the event.
  • Prepare collection papers and obtain customer signatures upon product collection.
  • Ensure all forms are properly marked, signed, and filed.
  • Take photos as proof of customer collection.

Requirements

  • Malaysians, 18 years old and above
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets / Airtable).
  • Comfortable with paperwork and simple admin tasks.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Available for the event duration.
