About the role

We are looking for reliable and hands-on crew members to support the technical operations of a major event taking place at the Marriott Hotel in Paris from March 23rd to 26th. The role involves assisting with stage maintenance, setup, and general technical support throughout the event.

Tasks

Support stage setup and dismantling throughout the event.

Assist with basic maintenance of stage elements, structures, and equipment.

Handle cables, lights, microphones, and other technical materials under the supervision of the technical team.

Move and position equipment, furniture, and event materials as required.

Perform small on‑site fixes or adjustments during the event.

Ensure all areas around the stage and backstage remain safe, clean, and functional.

Collaborate with the event production team to respond quickly to technical needs or unexpected issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in events, logistics, maintenance, or technical support.

Good manual skills and ability to handle tools and basic equipment.

Physical ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the event.

Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.

Ability to follow instructions from the technical and production managers.

Flexibility to adapt to changing needs or last‑minute adjustments.

Availability for all event dates (March 23rd–26th).

Basic understanding of stage elements, cables, lights, or audio equipment is a plus.
