About the role
- Plan, organize, and execute ALLPLAN customer events, roadshows, and C-level advisory boards to strengthen customer engagement and brand positioning.
- Develop a strategic annual event calendar aligned with company objectives, product launches, and regional priorities.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, partner coordination, speaker management, attendee communications, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product management, and regional teams to ensure each event supports business goals and provides measurable outcomes.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality attendee experience.
- Oversee event communications, including invitations, registration management, branding, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and messaging across all event materials and touchpoints.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the C-level advisory boards by coordinating agendas, materials, and logistics, and ensuring smooth communication and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Evaluate event performance, collect feedback, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Completed education or degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a comparable field.
- At least five years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
- Proven track record in organizing customer-focused events, executive-level meetings, and roadshows across multiple regions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Creative mindset combined with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand experience.
- Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and German.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
