You will take responsibility for the <strong>end-to-end production of complex entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces</strong>, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.</p> <p>This role spans <strong>technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership</strong>, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.</p> <p>You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Project Management</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee all phases of production—from initial concept development through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interpret creative briefs, site layouts, and project requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with company goals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Validate site logistics and operational needs through planning sessions, venue scouting, and site visits.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Pre-Production &amp; Design Coordination</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead internal design and planning reviews with creative, production, and operation teams.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure creative concepts are achievable within budget, technical limits, and schedule constraints.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain clear communication between external vendors and internal teams to manage expectations and approvals.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Process &amp; Documentation</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and handover materials.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentation</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Budgeting &amp; Financial Management</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build, manage, and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with closing out event P&amp;Ls and financial reporting.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leadership &amp; Communication</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead team and client meetings, capturing action items and ensuring accountability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Present confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Translate complex production challenges into practical, solution-oriented recommendations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support and mentor production coordinators or junior staff as needed.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Soft Skill</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate adaptability, composure, and creative problem-solving under pressure.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication across departments.<br></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Take ownership of large, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and clients through professionalism and reliability.</span></li> </ul> <h4><strong>About You: </strong></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of experience in the event production industry</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bilingual fluency in English and Turkish is required</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts).</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Ambition to grow into larger production management or leadership roles.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
