Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (Part-Time)
Location: Monroe, WI
Pay: $17/hour
About the Role
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for a variety of local events, shows, and promotions.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team, and being in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials
- Operate a company-provided truck and trailer to travel to and from event locations
- Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally
- Maintain organization and condition of equipment and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet setup and teardown timelines
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and move large displays
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer
- Availability to work weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Experience in event setup, construction, or similar physical work (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
