<p>We're building a world-class events and community program — bringing together top AI leaders, builders, researchers, and executives, founders, and operators at intimate dinners, panels, keynotes, and webinars across Seattle, NYC, the Bay Area, and beyond. </p>
<p>We're looking for a high-energy, coachable intern who wants to be in the room where it happens, learn fast, and grow into a full-time role. </p>
<p>This is a hands-on, in-person role — you'll work side-by-side at our coworking office (The Collective or WeWork) and be thrown into the deep end from day one. We ramp fast and reward results.</p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Follow up with 2,000+ past attendees to re-engage and nurture the community</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Execute personalized outreach to a network of 23,000+ first-degree connections for dinners</span><span data-contrast="auto">, </span><span data-contrast="auto">panels</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">and one-on-one calls</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Show up at live events to welcome guests, make introductions, and be the connective energy in the room</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Actively attend relevant meetups in Seattle (IRL or virtual) to meet potential guests for dinner, panels and webinars</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Use AI tools to automate manual workflows — pulling LinkedIn data, extracting emails, personalizing outreach copy</span><span data-contrast="auto"> with </span><span data-contrast="auto">sequences</span><span data-contrast="auto">, and experimenting with agentic workflows</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
</ul>

<p><em>The hourly range for this position is $20/hour.</em></p>
