ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Periodic advanced floor care duties include stripping, buffing, and waxing of hard floors, carpet extraction and shampooing, and marble maintenance. • Vacuum carpeted floor surfaces. • Dry and wet mop hard-surface floors. • Mix chemicals accurately and safely to perform duties. • Ensure all equipment is kept clean and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to management.…
