<h2>We are hiring a results-driven senior executive with extensive experience in ad operations, specializing in optimizing digital advertising strategies, campaign execution, and revenue growth. Has an in-depth knowledge of leading cross-functional teams, implementing innovative ad technologies, and ensuring seamless delivery of client objectives&nbsp;</h2> <h2><strong>What You'll Do&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms)</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely execution, delivery, and optimization to meet client KPIs</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage ad trafficking, tag implementation, and troubleshooting across ad servers and platforms.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure accurate targeting, pacing, and inventory management for all campaigns.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze campaign performance data, generate actionable insights, and create detailed client reports.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Provide recommendations for optimizing performance and meeting revenue goals.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Coordinate with sales, account management, and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve ad delivery processes and resolve technical challenges.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct regular audits to ensure campaigns meet quality standards, brand safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance operations.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">3-5 years of experience in digital ad operations or campaign management.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tagging, and performance metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and project management abilities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and how does RTB works.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency in Excel to derive the campaign data and optimize the campaigns accordingly</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of viewability vendors, ad servers, trackers, etc</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why You'll Love It&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Performance review (2 times a year)</li> <li>Annual leaves</li> <li>Medical insurance</li> <li>Creative office environment</li> <li>Work in a professional and dynamic environment</li> <li>Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market</li> </ul>
