About the role
Our client, a prestigious government entity, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who is fluent in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage communications, and assist in data reporting and presentations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management
- Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and dashboards
- Create professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and other data visualization software
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and circulate official notes and communications
- Handle official correspondence in both Arabic and English with a high level of professionalism
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and presentation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a government or corporate environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in taxation and legalization processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with government procedures and documentation
