AHS, a distinguished player in the luxury real estate market, is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating efficient operations, enabling our executives to focus on strategic decisions and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Coordinate logistics for events, board meetings, and conferences
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information
- Assist with special projects and undertake research as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
