Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating communication, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate special projects and support cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Respond to and prioritize incoming communications on behalf of executives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
