About the role
Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our clients to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is essential in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining organized systems that support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records
- Manage inbound and outbound email communications in a professional and timely manner
- Support team coordination, including follow-ups and information sharing
- Assist with administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed to support executives and teams
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
