From grassroots partnerships to national policy, we’re not just filling jobs—we’re rethinking how economic opportunity works at scale.</span></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As Pursuit’s Part-Time Executive Assistant / Executive Operations Coordinator, you will support several members of our executive and leadership team and play a critical role in managing scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day executive operations across the organization. You will help ensure leaders are organized, meetings and priorities stay on track, and communication flows effectively across teams and external stakeholders.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will involve coordinating internal and external meetings, managing calendars, and supporting administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment. Scheduling Management</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage calendars and scheduling for multiple members of the executive team</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate internal and external meetings across various stakeholders and time zones</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with external partners, clients, and assistants to schedule meetings and events</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with conference, travel, and event logistics as needed</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help maintain organized scheduling systems and recurring meeting cadences</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Communications &amp; Correspondence</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with drafting professional communications and follow-ups on behalf of executives</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help coordinate and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and important documents</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support executive communication and organization across teams</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Operations &amp; Administrative Support</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a connector and coordinator across departments and leadership teams</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up tasks from meetings and ongoing projects</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with expense tracking and reimbursement submissions</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Organize and maintain shared documents, spreadsheets, and operational resources</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Handle ad hoc research, logistical, and administrative requests as they arise</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support ongoing operational and administrative processes across the organization</span></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At least 2+ years of experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or business operations, preferably in a startup, nonprofit, or fast-paced environment</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and competing priorities simultaneously</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets)</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High degree of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to jump in where needed</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Location</strong></span></h1> <h1 style="line-height: 1.1;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">New York City Area</span></h1> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Where You’ll Work</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role allows flexibility with remote work. However, a hybrid work schedule is preferred if possible.
