Everything we do is purpose-built for the new marketing landscape.</p> <p><strong><u>What you’ll be doing:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Partnering with the executives you support to ensure all duties are carried out accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Managing several executive calendars, making informed decisions regarding availability, keeping the executives apprised of calendar, action items, messages and follow-up regarding relevant business issues, both internal and external.</li> <li>Creating domestic and international travel itineraries and anticipating and planning for details that may arise during travel.</li> <li>Serving as a project leader for special events, lunches and dinners including agenda creation, logistics, catering and production logistics.</li> <li>Creating and editing documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel with finesse and acute attention to detail.</li> <li>Governing deadlines, agendas, and timelines for projects and other deliverables.</li> <li>Handling highly confidential information discreetly.</li> <li>Interfacing with the Function and supporting requests including partnering with other assistants across the group.</li> <li>You will liaise with Facilities, Auditors, Team Leaders and others across WPP network</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What you’ll need:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>10 years of project/program support experience and a minimum of 5 years supporting C-level executives</li> <li>Proactive and continuous improvement mindset</li> <li>Comfort working in an ambiguous, evolving environment that is undergoing exciting transformation</li> <li>The ability to take initiative and manage programs end-to-end with minimal oversight</li> <li>Acute attention to detail and understanding of best-in-class service/hospitality principals</li> <li>Demonstrated success working under tight deadlines with competing and changing priorities, while ensuring accuracy and professionalism</li> <li>A high level of personal ownership, initiative, drive, accountability, and maturity</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly</li> <li>Digitally savvy and proficient with Outlook calendar and Microsoft Office suite; primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Knowledge of media, advertising, PR or marketing industry a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>You're open<em>:</em> </strong>We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
