Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and operational support to top management
  • Manage communication with clients and internal departments
  • Organize and maintain meeting schedules, records, and minutes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Follow up on reports and ensure timely submission from all departments
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and business events
  • Prepare meeting rooms, materials, and refreshments when required
  • Handle confidential documents with a high level of discretion
  • Support ongoing projects and assist management with daily tasks
  • Create reports and Excel sheets as required
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with external suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Background in Real Estate or Banking is preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
  • Ability to travel (especially to Dubai) if required
  • High level of professionalism and presentation

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
