We're hiring an Executive Assistant who'll work directly with the people driving this next chapter.</p>
<h1><strong>The Role:</strong></h1>
<p>You'll be the right hand to two of our leaders - the person who makes sure their time is spent on what matters, that nothing falls through the cracks, and that the day-to-day rhythm of the business runs with the same care we put into our product.</p>
<p>You'll have exposure to every part of the business, and the chance to shape how a fast-growing company actually operates. We will trust you with a lot; and in return, you'll have visibility into every corner of a growing company.</p>
<h1><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h1>
<p><strong>Founder support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own their calendars with judgment - protect deep work, prioritize what's urgent, prepare them for every meeting</li>
<li>Stay ahead of conflicts, double-bookings, and last-minute changes</li>
<li>Build in breathing room - buffer travel time, guard focus blocks, and keep the day from getting away from them</li>
<li>Coordinate domestic and international travel - flights, hotels, ground transport, and the business meals and meetings woven in between</li>
<li>Put together detailed itineraries they can actually rely on: confirmation numbers, contacts, and everything in between</li>
<li>Keep expenses organized and reimbursements moving</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Meetings and follow-through</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prep agendas, capture next steps, chase decisions</li>
<li>Be the connective tissue between the founders and the rest of the leadership team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Culture and team moments</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan the offsites, team dinners, and in-office celebrations that keep Margaux close-knit as we grow</li>
<li>Handle gifting with care - employee milestones, client appreciation, holidays, and founder outreach that feels personal</li>
<li>Partner with our existing People / Admin team to build community and support our employees</li>
<li>Board outreach and coordination, including scheduling, venue, catering, tech, materials - everything that makes them feel effortless</li>
<li>Coordinate board member travel, accommodations, and dinners, requiring professional and consistent communication</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Personal support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Help the founders manage the edges of their lives so they can stay focused on the business</li>
<li>Handle infrequent personal scheduling, reservations, and errands with discretion </li>
<li>Take on the ad hoc research, purchases, and logistics that come with working closely with busy people</li>
</ul>
<h1><strong>Who you are:</strong></h1>
<ul>
<li>You've supported a senior leader, run an office, or held a role where you were trusted with more than your title suggested</li>
<li>You're discreet - the founders' calendars, finances, and conversations are yours to protect, and you treat them that way</li>
<li>You communicate clearly and beautifully - in writing, in person, and in the way you read a room and respond to what's actually needed</li>
<li>You're warm with people and rigorous with details </li>
<li>You're fluent in the tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Shopify, Greenhouse, Justworks - or you are open to learning the ins and outs of using them well)</li>
<li>You're quick on your feet, creative under pressure, and the kind of person who surfaces a problem along with a solution</li>
</ul>
<h1><strong>Where you'll work:</strong></h1>
<p>This is a full-time, in-person role based in our New York City office.</p>
